A
 recent study in the journal archives of internal medicine on 19 
November 2012 from Ontario Canada that after start pressure medication 
in the elderly (over 65 years) increases the recurrent falling due to 
altwazan so than hip fractures have by 50% during the first six weeks of
 treatment.
This
 is the first study of its kind that highlight the dangers of large 
falls in the elderly after a pressure which is often caused by sudden 
hypotension and dizziness and falls, this study was conducted on more 
than 300,000 patients in age.
Conclusion:
 that a doctor to start medication pressure gradually in elderly 
patients, particularly in the first six weeks and the patient control 
people and careful in his movement when walking or entering the water 
cycle of frequent exposure to fall in the first six weeks of treatment.
