Dr. Al rabeeah urges employees to professional internal audit and transparency and performance development




Urged Minister of Health Dr. Abdullah rabeeah – employees of the internal audit departments of all regions and governorates of the Kingdom in the Ministry of health to work according to high professional and transparently with all fairness; to move the work of the internal audit departments of jurisprudence to regulated professional work, in accordance with the policies and procedures of clarity and justice.
This came during his meeting Saturday with the internal audit departments managers in health regions and governorates in the Kingdom.

His Excellency stressed the importance of moving into a second phase of routine oversight and stereotypical stage to develop regulations and policies, so as to facilitate the speedy completion of work as just make professional service beneficiaries of Ministry in focus, and the predictability of the modified procedures that may cause some bugs, as well as the kinks and in any area happens to know whether it is because members of the need to develop, or because the system needs to be modified.

Rabiah said: "that the Ministry supports better and works to improve his initiates and seeks to achieve the aspirations of the Governors and satisfy citizens and beneficiaries, and be assured that I am with you always trying to motivate glory, I am encouraged by what I have seen from you and your desire to change and development and excellence".

His Excellency added that the success of internal audit departments linked by low low complaints and feedback from citizens and regulators, adding that their work was professional and institutional innovation and build successful initiatives, with correct and help others to stay away from mistakes and not getting caught.
