Urged
Minister of Health Dr. Abdullah rabeeah – employees of the internal
audit departments of all regions and governorates of the Kingdom in the
Ministry of health to work according to high professional and
transparently with all fairness; to move the work of the internal audit
departments of jurisprudence to regulated professional work, in
accordance with the policies and procedures of clarity and justice.
This
came during his meeting Saturday with the internal audit departments
managers in health regions and governorates in the Kingdom.
His
Excellency stressed the importance of moving into a second phase of
routine oversight and stereotypical stage to develop regulations and
policies, so as to facilitate the speedy completion of work as just make
professional service beneficiaries of Ministry in focus, and the
predictability of the modified procedures that may cause some bugs, as
well as the kinks and in any area happens to know whether it is because
members of the need to develop, or because the system needs to be
modified.
Rabiah
said: "that the Ministry supports better and works to improve his
initiates and seeks to achieve the aspirations of the Governors and
satisfy citizens and beneficiaries, and be assured that I am with you
always trying to motivate glory, I am encouraged by what I have seen
from you and your desire to change and development and excellence".
His
Excellency added that the success of internal audit departments linked
by low low complaints and feedback from citizens and regulators, adding
that their work was professional and institutional innovation and build
successful initiatives, with correct and help others to stay away from
mistakes and not getting caught.
Said
Mr. Saud, General supervisor of the Directorate General of internal
audit follow-up and management and inventory control at the Ministry of
health, the environment and land provided by the Ministry through
unlimited support catalyst for innovation and development, so as to
provide for the Department since its inception and until now many
experiences on field work which will contribute to a series of useful
recommendations in favour of the development of business management or
business development.
High
said: "that the internal audit Department has posted a lot of proud
achievement, but it doesn't live up to the aspirations of the Ministry,
big ambitions and enormous task, but all strive to be when good thought
Ministry; to achieve aspirations of the leaders of the Ministry, through
our focus on innovation and excellence that is didn't".
For
his part, Dr. Mohamed abouhabasha, Director General of internal audit,
the internal audit department the functions, roles and responsibilities,
and are therefore seeking through their work to stop abuses or
deviations, if any, saying: "any work not without errors, both because
of the enthusiasm and the impulse to get some work done, or through
negligence and laxity in carrying out such acts, and that the overall
system is not linked to one person, but several others; thus the error
could occur or some abuse at any stage of the "Stages.
The
General Directorate of internal audit meets with the auditing
departments in other areas on a periodic basis or quarterly; for reports
from the audit managers and to discuss the latest developments and
plans and programmes developed by the Ministry, noting that the internal
audit Department of the Ministry of health in collaboration with other
regulators outside the Ministry, over communicate and provide all
requested information and data, and help them get to the goal that we
