The
first stem cell transplant operation conducted in 1968 in the United
States since then, there has been tremendous development in this
technology through scientific research and technical progress in the
medical field.
The
King Faisal specialist hospital and Research Center as one of the
monuments of the World Medical Association developed stem cell
transplant program established in 1984, include adult and children
patients. In 1993, the separation of stem cells
transplant program for children as an independent program, with the
number of cases in which children had been planted since then to 1502
state until the end of the year 2011 with a up to 15 beds for hypnosis,
