Modern
American study that people who suffer a heart attack and undergoing a
blood transfusion, increase the risk of death more than patients who do
not convey.
According
to the study, which was published recently, the anti-clotting and
platelet is normally used to treat acute coronary syndrome associated
with heart attacks.
Despite
the effectiveness of these drugs in the treatment of the crisis, but
they also increase the risk of bleeding, which may end up in the end to
patient with anemia, a blood transfusion to the patient.
The
research team, led by sorav shatrzi of Brown University, ten data
analysis studies conducted between 1966 and 2012, 203.665 patients.
It
turns out that total mortality among patients who have undergone blood
transfusion from myocardial infarction, medically known as myocardial
infarction, increased by 8% for patients who did not undergo a blood
transfusion.
Some
commented scientists from America and Canada, stressing the need for
further research to see if the cause of death in patients with
myocardial infarction caused by blood transfusion or due to anemia.
