Losing belly fat (rumen) directly helps in improving sleep quality
Abdominal obesity (rumen) very common problem has increased in recent years with the change in lifestyle and diet. Research
has shown a strong relationship between abdominal obesity and many
serious illnesses such as heart disease and atherosclerosis, type 2
diabetes, increased blood pressure and high blood fat. Previous research showed that lack of sleep increases the abdominal obesity. New
research conducted by researchers at Johns Hopkins University and
presented at the American Heart Association recently studied for the
first time the relationship between the loss of abdominal obesity and
improve sleep. The researchers studied 55 people
suffering from obesity and diabetes type II, where they work several
measurements of sleep when you start and after you apply the diet and
exercises to lose weight. The researchers measured the amount of fat in the abdomen through magnetic resonance radiation. The
researchers found that the lack of abdominal obesity when participants
led to a significant improvement in sleep quality, regardless of the age
or sex of the patient. The results of this study
adds to previous studies which showed that abdominal obesity has
significant negative effects on health, even if there has been a
significant increase in body weight.
