The
German researchers were able to decay of the nervous system and the
University of Bonn from the discovery that a protein NLRP3 represents an
essential factor in the development of alalshaym disease, and this
vitamin plays an important role in the immune system, when activated
immune cells are stimulated and release that cause inflammation.
Multiple
studies have focused over the past few years has developed on how the
body's immune response raise the risk of balalzhaimr and how specific
genes involved in that process.
Another study also found that the genetic mutation in gene TREM2-inducing immune responses is also linked to Alzheimer disease.
Once
that provoking device in Alzheimer disease sense cause the death of
nerve cells, resulting in loss of brain function and cognitive capacity.
Alzheimer disease occurs when starchy spots forming in the brain and these spots on activating protein NLRP3. In this study, researchers examined the impact of the increase in the activity of the protein on the brain.
Researchers
believe that curbing the inflammatory reaction to this protein will be
decreased to the devastating drug spots, they remove genes of
inflammatory activity of the protein in mice NLRP3 lab suffer disorders
associated with balalzhaimr.
After removing the gene no longer rats able to produce composite protein, and this produces some light symptoms of disease.
This
can result in promising news for access to medicinal drugs able to
target this protein component and inhibition of its activity as a
researcher.
Professor
Mikhail heniki said that his team is already working on access to ways
to curb this "I stumbled before the protein is an important factor in
the progression of the disease, access to those results, there appears
to be potential for curbing infections caused by protein NLRP3, at
present there are multiple choices can we deal with the disease during
the course.
The results of this study point to a new possibility but we are still in the study stage.
