The Minister of Health issued a number of new administrative assignments
The
Minister of Health issued Dr. Abdullah rabeeah – a commissioned Dr.
Saleh Ibn ibraaheem Al-suhaibani to Assistant Undersecretary of health
economics for one year starting 9/2/1434, and directly linked to the
Undersecretary of planning and health.
His
Excellency also issued a decision assigning Nabil bin Hazza Al-Qahtani
to do the work and functions of the General supervisor of the field
epidemiology program, in addition to his work as a consultant in the
Office of the Under-Secretary for public health, for one year starting
9/2/1434.
This
comes under the Ministry's desire to invest eligible patient service
competencies, and achieve the goals of the Ministry to improve its
services.
His
Excellency has assigned to make every effort to serve patients and earn
their satisfaction and work on upgrading performance in Ministry
facilities, in accordance with the standards of the project integrated
and comprehensive health care that includes the realization of the
principles of Justice and equality and inclusiveness in the distribution
of health services, and accessibility and wish them continued success.
Of
he making their thanked the Minister of health on these precious trust,
it must be when good everyone thought, and should contribute their
experience in health services support to the satisfaction of all.
It
should be noted that Dr. Saleh Ibn ibraaheem Al-suhaibani holds a Ph.d.
in economics from Colorado State University Fort Collins, United
States, and earned a master of business administration from the
Technical University of Colorado Denver United States. He
also held many positions, including Director of Research Department of
Al Rajhi Bank, a visiting professor at the universities of Prince Sultan
and Al-Yamama, and researcher in the Department of Middle East and
North Africa in Washington in the United States through the
International Monetary Fund. He also served as a
member of the Board of Directors and Secretary of the money in the
economy of Saudi Arabia since January 2011.
Dr.
Nabil Al-Qahtani is a consultant in preventive medicine, and has served
many positions, including: Assistant Director-General of health
colleges and institutes, and the Director-General of non-communicable
diseases, and Adviser to the Arabic Organization for Red Cross and
Crescent, as well as to the Director-General of planning, and health
centres, General Manager and Director of preventive medicine for the
health services of the Ministry of the Interior. He also served as Director of medical research.
