 study extended to all peoples of the world are living for years longer 
and infant mortality rates are lower for the same by the end of the last
 century, however, there has been an increase in infection rates of 
people with various diseases that threaten the lives of people.

 most comprehensive global study conducted in 1990 to the biggest health
 problem facing the world and the high mortality rates for children

incidence of chronic diseases and disabling in the next stages of their

According
 to Christopher Murray, one of the study authors, from the University of
 Washington that "here is no longer an early death the biggest problems 
which are a burden on health services in the world, but chronic diseases
 and injuries, accidents, wars and cases of mental diseases and diseases
 of the bones and joints."
The
 study points out that in developed countries represent those cases 
almost half of health problems faced by the peoples of those States as a
 result of age. With the increase in life 
expectancy in different parts of the world as well as increased the

sight, hearing or mental problems such as depression.
In
 this study, recently published in the journal the Lancet, more than 480
 researcher collected data from 50 States based on population and

respect to higher life expectancy in 2010 to an average 79 years for men
 and 86 years for women. In the same year American life was 76 years for men and 81 years for women.
For

Latin America while it is number 20 in the rest of the world.
And while suicide as a reason the 21st death in the world, it represents the ninth because of a death in Asia among women.
Diabetes is the biggest killer of African peoples in persons aged between 15 and 49 years.
And
 peoples in Central and South-East Asia from the highest rates of fatal 
stroke among young adults at the rate of 15 per 100,000 compared to 3 
cases in every 100,000 in North America.

And various cancers such as those affecting the liver, stomach and colon between a list of twenty. While AIDS has jumped from 35 in 1990 to the sixth cause of death in the world today.
