Sugary drinks to calm the mother of the child when acupuncture
The study was conducted on children while in routine immunizations against certain diseases
Jordanian
study that give the child some drops of any drink with sugar may help
ease pain when acupuncture for fortifications or to take blood samples
for analysis.
The
study has been adopted by researchers from the Jordan University of
science and technology on analysis of 14 studies including more than
1,500 children while in routine immunizations against certain diseases
or when taking blood samples for analysis.
Children
who have been given to drink sugary solved during injection were less
willing to cry from children who drank some water.
Despite the clear impact of sugar to calm crying children that scientists don't they cut off as soothing of pain.
According
to study author Dr. Manal Kassab of the University to "give the child
something subject to sugar before injection may stop still crying. She added: "Although we cannot say that sweetened beverages reduce the pain caused by the prick but the results look promising.
Kassab
said: "in General, doctors recommend that mothers carrying their babies
to deliver comfort and tranquillity while undergoing vaccination. And even breast-feed them if possible if children were still in infancy at the same time as the vaccine injection. Older children, try distraction when vaccine and pricked them may be helpful here to address some sugary liquids ".
When
the child reaches the age of two have injected nearly 10 types of
vaccines against infectious diseases such as measles and German measles
alnkavet gland.
