Modern American study reported that the three amounts of blue berries and strawberries each week can protect women from the risk of cardiovascular crises by nearly one third.

The study, which blamed the recently published journal of the American Heart Association, the impact of these foods to prevent crises, to the rich elements of alflavonid antioxidants.

The researchers focused on blue berries and strawberries as most American fashion, but they also achieve the same health benefit with other fruits and vegetables, such as grapes and berries black Eggplant that contain these important nutrients found in fruits and vegetables yellow and violet color and red.

It turns out that women who proved their observance of diet rich in other types of fruit and vegetables not appearing the same rates reduced risk of cardiovascular crises.

In a previous study published last February, researchers found a strong correlation between increased eating citrus fruits rich in material alflavonid, especially oranges and Grapefruits, and low risk of stroke or stroke in women.
