Modern
American study reported that the three amounts of blue berries and
strawberries each week can protect women from the risk of cardiovascular
crises by nearly one third.
The
study, which blamed the recently published journal of the American
Heart Association, the impact of these foods to prevent crises, to the
rich elements of alflavonid antioxidants.
The
researchers focused on blue berries and strawberries as most American
fashion, but they also achieve the same health benefit with other fruits
and vegetables, such as grapes and berries black Eggplant that contain
these important nutrients found in fruits and vegetables yellow and
violet color and red.
In
this study researchers, Faculty of public health at Harvard University
and the University of East Anglia in the United Kingdom using the data
collected as part of the American study conducted on the health of
nurses.
The data
came from 93600 lady who aged 25 and 42 years old when the study began
in 1989, and was monitoring throughout for 18 years, during which the
participants fill out a questionnaire about their food lists every four
years during the study period, there were 405 cases of heart attacks
among the participants.
The
analysis of the results of the questionnaire lists that ladies who were
taking large quantities of cranberry and strawberry were less
susceptible to crises of heart by 32%, for women who ate a one of these
fruit once per month.
It
turns out that women who proved their observance of diet rich in other
types of fruit and vegetables not appearing the same rates reduced risk
of cardiovascular crises.
In
a previous study published last February, researchers found a strong
correlation between increased eating citrus fruits rich in material
alflavonid, especially oranges and Grapefruits, and low risk of stroke
or stroke in women.
