Posted in Appetite patrol January 2013 an article about a study by the Brazilian research team in collaboration with the Faculty of Medicine of Federal University do Rio Grande do Sul. And the title of the article did not want to make sure information is: Saccharin and aspartame, compared with sucrose, induce greater weight gain in adult Wistar rats, at similar total caloric intake levels, is the experience of the mice experiments identified the movement of three groups of mice, and then was fed a group of local basbertim, yoghurt and yoghurt-2 by local besakarin, and the third group local yoghurt plain white sugar, in addition to the usual food for 12 weeks. The results showed that adding alaspartame or alsakarine to the yogurt has led to an increase in weights of mice that were covered, compared to mice that were given the local balskros yogurt (plain white sugar) Although the number of calories from the sugars in the diet of the three groups was equal.

The researchers say that because of the increased weight of the two groups on diet sugar in yogurt is increasing in their ingurgitation to normal food, the sugar diet may open the appetite to eat more food. This has been observed in other studies where you get an increase in weight with the use of artificial sweeteners. In scientific involvement published in 2010 by The Yale Journal of Biology and Medicine was discussing the biological causes of increased nerve craving carbohydrates and sugars is not expected to influence diets in studies on using carbohydrate diet. In a study entitled: The San Antonio Heart Study conducted during the 1980s to 3682 and lasted for seven years, results showed that participants who drank drinks-industrial sugar had increased weight compared with those who did not address the industrial sugar drinks. The American Cancer Society conducted in the same period almost study 78694 Lady of different ages and social groups, the study reached the same conclusion. And a third study was by the 1970s entitled: Nurses ' Health Study and the lady was dragged on for eight years, resulting in an increase in weight of they consumed the saccharin.

All of these studies, as described in the periodic article Yale University, referring to the taste of sugar (even with the sugar diet) opens the appetite and increases the desire to eat carbohydrates (which turns the body to sugars). I.e., foods sweetened with sugar diet lead indirectly to gain weight not to relax.
