The World Health Organization warned of increased deaths of children from measles by 2012, compared with rates in 2011.
The
Organization pointed out that hundreds of children have died after
contracting the disease, which has spread in some areas of the country,
and that lack of health care and services, particularly sewage system
with the lack of citizens ' awareness of how to avoid infectious
diseases, which made it more difficult to combat infectious diseases,
such as measles and meningitis.
Miriam
Yunis, told the official spokeswoman for the World Health Organization
in Pakistan, "he died 306 children in Pakistan in 2012 due to measles,
compared with 64 in 2011".
This increase was observed in the southern Sindh region, where measles deaths caused 210 children in 2012.
The
provincial health Minister Ahmed said the small 100 children died in
