For
the Minister of Health Dr. Abdullah rabeeah – the health services
support and attention on the part of the custodian of the two Holy
Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz, Crown Secretary, Deputy Prime
Minister and Minister of defence, his Royal Highness Prince Salman bin
Abdul Aziz-Allah, keep them and the permanent concern on the need to
provide better health services to all citizens in all parts of the
Kingdom.
Pursuant
to the directives of the custodian-may God protect him-during the
Cabinet meeting, which approved the adoption of the largest budget in
the history of the Kingdom of the new financial year 1434/1435, that
each Minister and responsible to clarify and explain what the media
sector is detailed and accurate, through reviewing the budget included
of new programmes and projects, explained Dr. Al rabeeah said the
Ministry's budget for the current fiscal year 1434/1435 e carries many
programs and projects that will provide more health services All parts of the Kingdom.
This year amounted to $ (54.350.355.000) SR rate increase (15.45%) Compared
with last fiscal year's budget, so the budget enhanced the efforts of
the Ministry of health, according to the national comprehensive and
integrated health care, through the expansion of cities, hospitals and
specialized centres and primary health care centres in all regions and
governorates of the Kingdom, and to-God willing-to meet the needs of
citizens and improve and improve the level of medical services provided
to them.

The salaries of employees of the Ministry of health, whether on part I or self drivers title III staff (60%) Of the total approved budget for the Ministry. On
the other hand, this year's budget included the adoption of the opening
number (155) primary health care centres in all regions and
governorates of the Kingdom.
With
regard to the terms of section II, concerning operational expenditure,
the most important increases in the amount of (400) million for
medicines and medical supplies, to the provision of item (4.550.000.000)
billion riyals, an increase in line training and scholarship amount
(50,000,000) for the amount (400.000.000) real, and increase patient
survival item amount (150.000.000) for the amount (800.000.000) SR.
The
most important additions in the budget section III is a number (20)
self driver to run a new hospital building was completed and processed.
With
regard to section IV, the cost has been approved to create a number of
new health projects, the Ansar in Medina Hospital (restore) capacity
(200) bed, and mental health hospital in the Holy capital capacity of
500 beds, and mental health hospital patio capacity (200) bed; in
addition to mental health hospitals currently under implementation (12)
hospital in all regions of the Kingdom. And
maternity hospital and children qurayat capacity (200); bed added to
maternity hospitals carried out (17) hospital, in addition to a number
of medical towers, including the establishment of a medical Tower Dammam
medical complex capacity (200) bed, and emergency and accident Tower
complex of Dammam, outpatient Tower in Central Hospital-Qatif, and the
establishment of emergency medical Tower and specialized hospital
programs Prince Abdulaziz bin Assistant in Arar.
The
budget also included a number of (3) oncology centres in both
(JAZAN/hail/Al Ahsa) with a capacity of 100 beds each, to add to the
existing Oncology centers (5) centers, in addition to the adoption of a
number (3) cardiac centres in both (JAZAN/Tabuk/Taif) to add to the
existing heart stations (9).
In
addition, the number of (6) dental centers in both (Holy/Al Ahsa,
Qatif/Taif//output/Los Angeles) total (430) clinic, to add to what has
been finished created, number of (4) specialized dental centers in both
(Dammam/Medina/Najran/hollow), and existing dental centers created a
number (3) in each of the centres (Tabuk/Qassim/patio).
These
projects will be in addition to what is currently a number (102) new
hospital with the regions and governorates of the Kingdom. This
is in addition to the custodian of the two Holy Mosques – may God
protect him-a number (5) cities advanced health care medical and
specialist fourth class for all regions and provinces of our Kingdom.
The
Ministry of health makes every effort to implement the directives of
custodian of the two Holy Mosques and the Crown to provide the best
health services through the development of quality in all health
facilities and adopt new programs to serve the patients, as well as the
development of the existing programmes, such as the domestic medicine,
emergency services and clinical audit and preventive medicine services.
