Exercise for a short and intense strengthen memory

A
recent study showed that exercise for a short and intense can
strengthen memory when individuals, whether healthy or suffering from
cognitive decline.
The
researchers at the University of California, an experiment on a group
of people aged between 50 and 85 years old who suffer some memory
problems, and enjoy good health and have them exhilarating images of
nature and animals, and then asked each exercise on the sports bike not
minutes. An hour after I test participants by
surprise to restore images that have been displayed in the past, the
results showed a sudden increase in the capacity to remember after a
workout, when healthy people or people with reduced cognitive average
compared to people who did not engage in this exercise.
Researchers
believe that memory improvement linked to the work of exercise on the
brain to secrete a substance called norepinephrine that chemical that
plays a powerful role in strengthening the memory. That
premise is based on a previous study has shown that the increase in
brain memory and alleviation improved blocking i/o occurs in memory. This
study is very important with the growing numbers of older persons and
the need to improve the level of non-traditional therapeutic means
memory with harmful side effects.
