Diabetics more susceptible to hearing loss doubled
Are likely to have high levels of sugar cause damage to blood vessels in the ear
After
research linked between diabetes and increased risk of kidney problems,
heart and nerve disorder and loss of view, modern Japanese study found
that people with the disease are more susceptible to hearing loss
doubled from non-infected.
In
a review of previous research, scientists have found that people with
diabetes of the young people are more vulnerable than older, without
giving explanation.
The
researchers gathered information from 13 previous studies examining the
link between diabetes and hearing loss in the period between 1977 and
2010 data included 7377 with diabetes and was not infected with the
disease.
It is not the first time that researchers find link between diabetes and hearing loss. In 2008 monitoring researchers from the u.s. national institutes of health a similar pattern in the sample more than 11,000.
He
was senior researcher on the study believed that high blood sugar
levels lead to loss of hearing as a result of damage to blood vessels in
the ear.
