In modern American study, researchers from the University of Connecticut that eating whole eggs can improve the image of blood fat in patients with metabolic syndrome, also helps in the diet to lose weight.

And is approximately 34% of the American people of the metabolic syndrome, which is common among women than men, because their ability to exercise physical activity for at least half an hour a day. Person is metabolic syndrome when patients suffer from symptoms of at least three of the following health problems:
High triglycerides in the body, and low cholesterol-HDL, and around the lap, as well as increasing blood sugar and high blood pressure.

People suffering from that problem often end up with heart disease and diabetes.

And many of the foods that avoided to control cholesterol is eggs, some believe that after the age of 40 person limit of no more than one egg per week, but this study proved this belief common error.

In this study, the research team by dividing the sample of men and women in middle age, and suffering from metabolic syndrome into two groups: the first was dealing with three whole eggs every day, while the other group was dealing with alternative protein materials for eggs as part of a diet to lose weight.

Three months after following this diet, researchers found that eating so much white had had no effect on increasing the bad cholesterol LDL in the blood, although they eat twice the amount of eggs they eat before starting this diet.

All members of the two groups had an increase in cholesterol levels, and a reduction in triglycerides with improved image of lipoproteins.

The researcher suggests that one large egg provides the body with an important food element 13, mostly concentrated in the egg yolks, which proved an earlier study that dealt with on a daily basis provides important nutrients for patients with metabolic syndrome.

The egg helps the success of weight-loss diet that is one of the means of treatment of many chronic diseases, such as metabolic syndrome.

And a person can control weight tracking what he eats, for example eating natural, high quality protein can help a person feel full for long periods with d-body energy and muscle building.

Researchers have shown that eating eggs for breakfast helps people a feeling of fullness, reduces the amount of food they eat during the day, resulting in a significant decrease in body mass and waist circumference.
